As a Housing Master Lease Coordinator at the North Central Health District's HOPE Center, you will join a dedicated group of public health professionals working to protect the health and well-being of communities across the state by supporting vital public health initiatives. Job ResponsibilitiesUnder broad supervision, oversees and supports housing activities within the HOPWA Program, including operations of the Master Lease Program. Supports the effective administration of housing activities by promoting regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Provides guidance and oversight to Master Lease staff, and housing case managers.
- Oversee all operations related to the HOPWA Master Lease Program
- Ensure program compliance with HUD/HOPWA regulations, grant requirements, agency policies, and housing standards.
- Monitor housing utilization, occupancy, vacancies, and housing outcomes.
- Assist in development and implementation of housing program policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Receive and address inquiries from the public.
- Process and evaluate documentation to substantiate housing eligibility.
- Maintain housing assistance waiting list.
- Collect completed applications for assistance.
- Review and monitor participant files for compliance and quality assurance.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation, data entry, and reporting requirements are completed.
- Assist with preparation for monitoring visits, audits, and program reviews.
- Supervise the work of the master leasing staff and case managers
- Perform additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities and essential functions may change to meet organizational needs.
High school diploma/GED and four (4) years of experience in commercial real estate, space management, or space allocation; or two (2) years of experience at the lower level Property Mgt Spec 2 (REP
041) or position equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in landlord engagement and housing navigation.
- Experience with HOPWA grant-funded programs and compliance monitoring.
