Front Load Driver

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Front Load Driver to join our team in Macon, GA. The Front Load Driver will be responsible for operating front load garbage trucks to collect commercial and residential waste efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our customers.

• Operate front load garbage trucks to collect commercial and residential waste according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of the vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Assist with loading and unloading waste containers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of routes, pickups, and any incidents or delays.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers.
• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and environmental compliance.

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B or higher with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience operating front load garbage trucks or similar heavy equipment preferred.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends if necessary.
