Weekly Pay: $1,350–$1,500

Freight: Refrigerated freight | No-touch loads | Coast-to-coast running
CDL-A drivers in this fleet run coast-to-coast refrigerated freight with longer hauls designed to keep trucks moving instead of sitting at docks or bouncing between short regional runs. Drivers who prefer steady highway miles and consistent weekly movement tend to do well in this setup because the freight network is built around longer trips across multiple regions.

- Coast-to-coast running lanes
- Long-haul miles with steady dispatch flow
- Paid orientation and rider policy available
Freight moves nationwide with a combination of drop-and-hook loads and scheduled live deliveries depending on the customer. Because the lanes are spread across multiple states and regions, drivers are able to maintain more consistent mileage week after week instead of dealing with short runs that constantly interrupt momentum. Dispatch works to keep drivers moving steadily while reducing unnecessary downtime between trips.
The freight itself is refrigerated, but all loads are no-touch for the driver. Drivers focus on running miles and staying productive without spending extra time handling freight at customer locations.
Weekly Pay & BenefitsDrivers typically average between $1,350–$1,500 weekly depending on trip length, mileage, and overall productivity during the pay period. Longer runs help stabilize earnings by keeping trucks rolling and reducing delays between loads. Pay is supported by consistent freight demand across the running area.
Medical, dental, and vision coverage begin after 30 days. Paid orientation is included, and travel expenses related to orientation are covered.
Schedule & Home TimeDrivers operate on a 12-day out schedule followed by 2 full days s setup works well for drivers who want to maximize mileage opportunities while still having scheduled reset time built into the month. Trips are planned ahead whenever possible to help drivers maintain a more predictable routine on the road.
Equipment InformationDrivers are assigned automatic sleeper trucks designed for over-the-road comfort. Equipment is maintained on a regular service schedule to help reduce downtime and keep drivers running consistently. Trucks are set up for long-haul operation and built to support drivers spending extended time on the road comfortably.
