Nationwide refrigerated freight No-touch CDL-A loads Long-haul miles with consistent freight movement Paid orientation and rider policy available
Freight Details Drivers haul refrigerated freight throughout multiple regions of the country with freight moving through established nationwide lanes. Loads are no-touch and consist of a mix of drop-and-hook freight and scheduled deliveries depending on customer needs. The operation is designed to keep freight moving consistently while providing flexibility in route planning and running areas.
Because drivers are not limited to one specific region, freight opportunities remain steady across changing markets. Dispatch works to minimize downtime between loads and keep drivers productive throughout each trip.
Pay & Benefits Drivers typically earn between $1,250–$1,500 per week based on mileage, trip length, and overall productivity. Longer hauls help support more consistent weekly earnings by reducing downtime and increasing available driving opportunities.
Medical, dental, and vision benefits begin after 30 days. Paid orientation is provided, and travel expenses related to orientation are covered.
Home Time & Schedule Drivers operate on a schedule of 12 days out followed by 2 full days s structure allows drivers to maximize mileage while still having planned home time built into the schedule. Trips are generally planned ahead whenever possible to help create a smoother routine throughout the month.
Equipment Information Drivers are assigned automatic sleeper trucks designed for long-haul comfort. Equipment is maintained on a routine service schedule to help reduce downtime and keep trucks operating efficiently on the road.
