Position
Class A home weekends, steady pay and reliable freight for flatbed drivers. Class A Recruiting/Overhaul Carriers Ltd.
Compensation$1400 to $1600 per week and $5,000 sign‑on bonus for experienced flatbed drivers only.
Duties- Tarpping and strapping down certain loads
- Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and deliver freight on time
- Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers
- Minimum age 22
- Clean motor vehicle record and background checks
- Pass a DOT drug screen and urine test
- Trainees: at least 1 year of Over‑the‑Road or Regional experience (flatbed experience not required)
- Experience drivers: minimum 6 months of flatbed experience plus 1 year of Over‑the‑Road or Regional experience
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No more than one at‑fault accident overall; no at‑fault rollover in the past year; no failed DOT alcohol or drug tests for life
- No recent terminations
- Felonies and misdemeanors will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis
- DUI/DWI:
- Experienced drivers – none in the past 5 years
- Trainees – none in the past 3 years
- Go by conviction date
