Regional routing structure emphasizes repeatable lane usage and operational familiarity, helping drivers build consistent weekly mileage and dependable workflow across Southeast freight lanes.

Drivers operate late-model Freightliner and Kenworth trucks (2021 or newer) equipped with refrigerators, inverters, and automatic transmissions designed for regional comfort and efficiency. Trucks are assigned based on availability and maintenance cycles to maintain uptime and consistent performance across established routes.

Medical, dental, and vision coverage available for eligible drivers. 401(k) retirement plan with company participation. Paid vacation time based on tenure. Streamlined paid onboarding with travel support provided for qualifying drivers, including lodging and transportation assistance when required for orientation and road test completion.

Valid Class A CDL required. Minimum 3 months recent experience within the last 3 years. Valid DOT medical card required. Candidates are matched to regional freight based on experience level, availability, and lane demand to support consistent dispatch flow and onboarding success.
