Job Description
The Tow Driver is responsible for safe and efficient vehicle towing and recovery, operating tow trucks and related equipment while complying with safety standards. This role requires working both independently and as part of a team, primarily during day and night shifts, ensuring prompt and professional service.
Responsibilities
- Tow and recover vehicles safely using appropriate equipment
- Operate tow trucks and related machinery effectively
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Load and secure vehicles for transport
- Work collaboratively within a team and operate independently as needed
- Adhere to assigned day and night shift schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in vehicle operation
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Skills in driving, vehicle safety, and navigation
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
