Directly supervises Warehouse Department employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning assigning and directing work; scheduling and managing overtime appraising performance; disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Keep all aspects of inventory accurate; whether receiving off thefloor or receiving from outside vendors. Manage housekeeping in dock area.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed toextreme cold and long periods of time on foot on hard surfaces. The employee is occasionally exposed to vibration. The noise level in the work environment isusually loud. Other duties include ensuring that all product quality and safety processes are being followed consistently promoting a safe work environment and performing other responsibilities as needed.

Following all safety and policy procedures as set forth by New Cold.
