Madeira City Schools is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Head Coach for the new Boys Volleyball program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in volleyball, demonstrated leadership skills, and a commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the court. The Head Coach will be responsible for building and leading a positive, competitive program while fostering skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

• Planning and leading practices; coaching competitions.
• Overseeing assistant coaching staff.
• Player development, academic monitoring, communication with athletes and families.
• Equipment management, fundraising, organizing camps or clinics.
• Promoting the growth of the program within the school and community.
• Ensuring compliance with all OHSAA rules, school policies, and safety guidelines.

• Pass background checks.
• Meet all Ohio Department of Education and Madeira City Schools coaching certification requirements.
