Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Maintain and reconcile job cost ledgers and ensure accurate cost allocation
• Analyze labor costs, payroll, and productivity to support job‑level margins
• Track inventory and apply material costs accurately to active jobs
• Manage fixed assets, capital expenditures, and depreciation entries
• Prepare month‑end journal entries, reconciliations, and close schedules
• Support year‑end close and external audit requests

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of accounting experience with strong job costing exposure
• Experience with month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Hands‑on fixed asset and depreciation experience
