Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and plant performance reports. Monitor inventory, cost accounting, and manufacturing variances. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Reconcile accounts and support month-end and year-end close processes. Analyze operational data and provide recommendations to management. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Manufacturing or plant accounting experience preferred. Experience with cost accounting and inventory accounting concepts.
