We are seeking a skilled Chevrolet Factory‑Trained Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Chevrolet vehicles using factory‑approved tools and procedures. This role requires expertise in engine diagnostics, electrical systems, drivetrain repairs, and warranty work.
Key Responsibilities- Perform factory‑approved diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Chevrolet vehicles.
- Utilize GM diagnostic tools such as GDS2, Tech2, and MDI to troubleshoot issues.
- Repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and drive trains according to OEM standards.
- Conduct warranty and recall repairs per General Motors guidelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high‑quality service and communicating repair needs effectively.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow dealership protocols.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Chevrolet and GM technology, recalls, and service bulletins.
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and other technicians to maximize efficiency.
- Chevrolet factory training or GM certifications preferred.
- ASE certifications (preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience using GDS2, Tech2, MDI, and other GM diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast‑paced environment.
