Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will play a critical role in preparing accurate and competitive proposals for construction projects. This position involves working within Epicor (ERP System) and utilizing spreadsheet templates to compile pricing based on customer-provided architectural and structural drawings. The Estimator will collaborate closely with the Project Executive/Project Manager to develop proposals that require team approval before presentation to the customer.

• Review and analyze architectural and structural drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Utilize Epicor ERP system and spreadsheet templates for pricing and proposal development.
• Collaborate with Project Executive/Project Manager to finalize proposals.
• Manage bid opportunities through Building Connected and other platforms.
• Ensure all estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with project requirements.
• Maintain organized records of estimates and proposals for future reference.

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in estimating, preferably in construction, steel erection, fabrication, or job shop environments.
• Proficiency in:
  Procore, Building Connected, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (training provided for Epicor).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
