Bachelor degree in related field preferred or any combination equivalent to graduation from high school supplemented with human resources course work. Three years of progressively responsible experience in an office setting. Valid CA Driver License. Fingerprint clearance and pre-employment physical is required upon offer of employment. Upon hire must submit proof of negative TB.
