Field/Service Technician
We are seeking a Service Technician to join a professional and growing agricultural equipment service department. This is a direct hire, in-office role offering competitive hourly pay ($26–$30 per hour) and full benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Audit and close work orders accurately and efficiently.
- Write up new work orders when needed and ensure proper documentation.
- Communicate with customers regarding repair status, warranties, and service needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional phone etiquette.
- Support the service department with administrative and operational tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service background with proven communication skills.
- Good phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Experience in service or repair-related environments preferred.
- Ability to work in-office and collaborate with team members in a professional setting.
- Schedule:
In-office, full-time (7am-4pm). - Growth potential within the service department.
