Service Technician

We are seeking a Service Technician to join a professional and growing agricultural equipment service department. This is a direct hire, in-office role offering competitive hourly pay ($26–$30 per hour) and full benefits.

• Audit and close work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Write up new work orders when needed and ensure proper documentation.
• Communicate with customers regarding repair status, warranties, and service needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional phone etiquette.
• Support the service department with administrative and operational tasks as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service background with proven communication skills.
• Good phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Experience in service or repair-related environments preferred.
• Ability to work in-office and collaborate with team members in a professional setting.

• Schedule:
  
  In-office, full-time (7am-4pm).
• Growth potential within the service department.
