As an Associate Banker within Chase, you will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and cutting‑edge financial technology combined with friendly and attentive service. Your role will significantly contribute to the branch's success by delivering exceptional client experiences and building trusted relationships with clients, sharing product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients, checking them into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings via tablet.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and comply with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day‑to‑day banking transactions, including the use of technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
- Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
