We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and motivated Instructor to join our team. This is an opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting dual-diagnosed adults and individuals with developmental disabilities. As an Instructor, you will provide direct support and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and other special needs. You will play a key role in promoting independence, personal growth, and community integration.

• Work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities to provide direct support and assistance in various settings
• Implement individualized educational programs and behavior support plans
• Assist with personal care tasks, including medication administration and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes independence, socialization, and community integration
• Utilize effective communication strategies to engage and interact with individuals
• Collect and document data on individual progress and behavior to inform program planning and evaluation

• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is highly preferred
• Knowledge of working with people with special needs in areas such as social work, special education, or childcare is beneficial
• Familiarity with medication administration protocols is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and other team members
• Experience in data collection and documentation is desirable
