Job DescriptionPerforms basic hospital cleaning responsibilities as assigned. Dusts, mops, sweeps, vacuums, removes trash and linen. Performs scheduled deep cleaning of various areas in the facility to including but not limited to: ceilings, windows, walls, light fixtures, baseboards, vents and furniture. Follows the 7-step cleaning guideline for routine and discharge cleaning of patient rooms. Utilizes appropriate chemicals and tools for assigned tasks.
Uses chemicals in a safe manner. Properly maintains equipment and replenishes supplies as needed.
Shift is 3pm to 11:30pm, rotates weekends and holidays.
