Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, safety-minded Forklift Operator & Production Associate to join our warehouse team. In this dual role, you will spend roughly half your time safely operating forklifts to move inventory, and the other half working directly on the production line assembling and packing products. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of driving and hands‑on team tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Material Handling:
Safely operate sit‑down or stand‑up forklifts to load/unload trucks, move materials to production areas, and stack pallets. - Production Line Work:
Assist with assembly, product sorting, quality checks, and packaging on the warehouse floor. - Inventory Control:
Keep accurate track of incoming and outgoing stock using basic scanning tools or paperwork. - Safety & Maintenance:
Conduct daily equipment checks on forklifts and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
- Experience:
1–2 years operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting (OSHA forklift certification preferred/required). - Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods during production shifts. - Skills:
attention to detail, a solid safety track record, and the ability to work well as part of a team. - Reliability:
Punctual, with dependable transportation to ensure shifts start on time.
Salary: $18 - $18.5 per hour

6 AM - 2:30 PM
