Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
About the Opportunity
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for effectively and efficiently maintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, as well as performing preventive maintenance following corporate standards for quality and safety.
Work any shift, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors.

- Technical knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude.

- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Metal fabrication skills.
- Ability to stand 6‑8 hours.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. maximum.
- Frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent bending and lifting.
- Experience working with 480‑volt motors.
- Experience troubleshooting motors and motor control circuits.
- Experience reading technical drawings and schematics.
- Ability to fabricate, measure, cut, and assemble metal components with precision (i.e., mounts, guards).
- Skilled in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
- Strong lathe and mill knowledge.
The position is for the third shift, working from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with expected overtime based on business needs, including Saturday work.
Entry pay rate is $36.42 during training, with a certified rate of $38.56.
