Full Time. Salary Range: $36,192.00–$61,192.00 (Base + Commission per year).

My Wireless / AT&T Authorized Retailer is looking for a driven, dynamic, and coachable individual for the role of Retail Sales Associate. In this position you will help provide the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services.

• Experience in retail or customer‑facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but not required depending on location)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• At least 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the U.S., and have a high school diploma or equivalent (Required)

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee with or without reasonable accommodation. While performing the duties of this job, most of the time is spent standing and walking around, moving for prolonged periods, and occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms.

Other movements may include climbing ladders, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and fine handling of display materials and merchandise. Dexterity and specific vision abilities are required to work with small parts in mobile phones and to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods.
