• Prioritize safety in all activities.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem‑solver, using training to recommend tailored pest solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and managing assigned leads.
• Schedule and conduct sales appointments, explaining how Orkin’s services provide peace of mind.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of customers’ homes; you’ll be trained for this.
• Make recommendations based on inspections and customer concerns, setting clear expectations.
• Use the company iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.

• Competitive earnings ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 per year or a company vehicle with gas card upon route assignment.
• First 90 days: $23 per hour; after licensure, transition to exempt compensation with base salary plus commission.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain required pesticide license or certification (company paid).
• Capacity to work independently in the field and interact with clients.

• Use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and other areas, requiring climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear personal protective equipment; may require OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Work in various weather conditions.
