The Sales Associate is a full-time/part-time, on-site role based at our Madera, CA location. This role is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate vehicles, accessories, and services. Day-to-day tasks include presenting product features and benefits, answering questions, preparing quotes, and assisting customers through the sales process from initial contact to final purchase. The Sales Associate will maintain a clean and organized showroom, update product displays, and ensure accurate documentation of sales activities in the point-of-sale system.

This role also involved following up with prospective and existing customers, collaborating with service and finance teams, and supporting promotional events and dealership marketing activities.

• Customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with a wide range of customers.
• Sales skills including consultative selling, negotiating, and closing, preferably in retail or automotive/powersports environments.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency, including email, inventory lookup, and digital documentation.
• Knowledge or strong interest in powersports vehicles, accessories, and safety practices, with willingness to learn product details.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move products within the showroom, and work weekends or extended hours as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple customers, follow-ups, and paperwork accurately.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or dealership experience is preferred but not required.
