MDB Transportation is hiring professional Class A CDL Solo Drivers for full-time company driver positions. We are looking for reliable, safety-focused drivers who want steady freight, weekly pay, full benefits, and long-term stability with an established transportation company. This is a W-2 company driver position.

Solo drivers earn $0.60 per mile. Drivers are paid under a mileage compensation program that includes driving, loading, unloading, pre‑trip inspections, post‑trip inspections, and required work time related to the load.

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle.
• Complete assigned loads on time and in a professional manner.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch.
• Follow all DOT and company safety requirements.
• Handle required load‑related duties including loading, unloading, and documentation when applicable.
• Represent the company professionally with customers, shippers, and receivers.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean and professional attitude.
• Reliable and safety-focused.
• Must be able to work as a W-2 company driver.
• Must be able to follow DOT and company safety standards.
• Prior OTR or regional driving experience preferred.
