About EPSA:
We are a global family-owned business with over 60 years in the mining, civil and earth moving industry operating in several countries throughout the world. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team.
Operate bulldozers safely and efficiently to perform earthmoving tasks such as leveling, spreading, ripping, back filling, and maintaining haul roads or work areas. Follow site plans, supervisor instructions, and design levels to achieve required grades and surface specifications. Conduct daily pre-start inspections and promptly report any faults, leaks, or maintenance issues. Work in coordination with excavator, dump truck, and grader operators to ensure smooth material flow and efficient site operations.
Maintain the bulldozer clean, organized, and in proper working condition through basic housekeeping and regular checks. Assist in building and maintaining access roads, stockpiles, and work pads as required by the project.
Attend daily pre-start meetings. Perform visual safety checks before operating machinery and promptly report defects or mechanical issues. Operate the machine only within authorized areas and according to established safety zones. Comply with EPSA's safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Immediately report any unsafe conditions, near-miss incidents, or accidents to your supervisor.
Environmental ResponsibilitiesComply with EPSA's environmental policies and practices. Ensure operations are conducted with minimal environmental impact.
QualificationsSecondary education certificate or equivalent. Valid heavy equipment operating license. Training in mine safety procedures. At least 5 years' experience working in remote or international locations with similar equipment. Ability to read and interpret operational instructions.
Pre-Employment RequirementsReference checks will be conducted. Alcohol and drug testing applies as per company policy. All applicants will be subject to an assessment test. All applicants will be required to undergo and successfully pass a pre-employment medical examination.
