We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team.
Operational Responsibilities- Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently as directed by the site supervisor.
- Coordinate effectively with loading equipment operators (excavators, loaders) during material loading.
- Dump materials safely at assigned areas according to site procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Adhere to site traffic rules, speed limits, and designated haulage routes.
- Prepared a daily report for the haul trips of materials.
- Carry out basic housekeeping tasks to keep the vehicle clean and in good working order.
- Attend daily pre-start meetings.
- Perform visual safety checks before operating machinery and promptly report defects or mechanical issues.
- Operate the machine only within authorized areas and according to established safety zones.
- Comply with EPSA's safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Immediately report any unsafe conditions, near-miss incidents, or accidents to your supervisor.
- Comply with EPSA's environmental policies and practices.
- Ensure operations are conducted with minimal environmental impact.
- Secondary education certificate or equivalent.
- Valid heavy equipment operating license.
- Training in mine safety procedures.
- At least 5 years' experience working in remote or international locations with similar equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret operational instructions.
- Reference checks will be conducted.
- Alcohol and drug testing applies as per company policy.
- All applicants will be subject to an assessment test.
- All applicants will be required to undergo and successfully pass a pre-employment medical examination.
