Position Summary

ResponsibilitiesIn the member assist – cart attendant role, you will:
- Ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot.
- Assist members with their purchases.
- Make carts ready and available.
- Help members load their vehicles.

- Providing exceptional customer service and answering questions across the club.
- Keeping the area clean, neat, and member‑ready.
What you'll do: Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members about delayed pickup or unavailable products, offering alternatives, and ensuring items are packaged and dispensed according to policy. Conduct safety sweeps, follow merchandise handling procedures, and report unsafe situations. Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing payments, using cash registers, locating merchandise, zoning areas, maintaining cart availability, and keeping the parking lot clean.
Comply with company policies, ethics, and standards; collaborate with managers and coworkers; prioritize tasks; and adapt to change and improvement opportunities.
