• Possess an active Special Education Teaching License
• Hold a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with approval in Early Childhood Special Education (ZS) or an equivalent endorsement suitable for infants and toddlers
• Solid understanding of early childhood development, adapting instruction for diverse learners and behavioral needs
• Passion for individualized instruction and nurturing childrens cognitive, social, and emotional growth
• Comfortable conducting in-person or virtual interviews as part of the hiring process

• Deliver specialized instruction for children ages birth to three, tailoring lesson plans to individual abilities and goals
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and related service providers to create and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)
• Assess, monitor, and document developmental progress and behavioral responses
• Adapt strategies to manage a wide range of behaviors and support positive outcomes
