* Lead technical support to manufacturing plant to assure product quality and performance
* Responsible for transferring new products/technologies to production
* Adapt existing DFMEA and set up for new modified products
* Evaluate new technologies, raw materials, and processes
* Manage product maintenance process independently
* Initiate technical presentation from raw material suppliers
* Leads TS 16949 Audit for the R&D team
* Perform special projects and other assignments as directed by manager## Preferred Skills
* Minimum of 5 years experience
* College degree in science
