Responsibilities

• Support Sika materials application strategy to meet customer requirements
• Manage project timelines from award through 90 days post‑launch
• Ensure design reviews are complete and drawings are released in accordance with department procedures
• Establish DVP&R's and DFMEA's and ensure design verification of parts including customer on‑site validation
• Manage engineering changes from quote approval by the customer to implementation at the manufacturing plant
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the Supervisor

• Requires minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in Engineering
• 1–3 years of application engineering or Program Management experience, preferably in the Automotive Industry
• Japanese speaking and experience with the culture
