This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

• Influences and executes the Metal Packaging business strategy in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product Development, and other functions.
• Fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit in delivering results.
• Demonstrates cross‑functional leadership in supporting Innovation, Sustainability, and Quality Complaint management.
• Main/lead technical liaison at Key Accounts and industry associations.
• Lead a team up to 7 engineers with responsibility for our application engineering lab.
• Based in Madison Heights, MI with travel within the U.S., Mexico, and Canada up to 50% (Hybrid‑role).

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant engineering/scientific discipline is required.
• 15+ years of experience in an engineering, scientific, or technical management role in the Metal packaging industry is required.
• Experience with Surface Treatment chemicals, Sealants, Can‑Making, and/or associated knowledge in Metal Packaging is strongly preferred.

The salary range for this role is $ and $. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable.
