Quality Engineer

Park Ohio’s Assembly Components Group (ACG) is a leading provider of supply chain management, manufacturing support, and component solutions for industrial and automotive customers worldwide. We partner with global OEMs and Tier suppliers to deliver operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement across complex manufacturing environments.

We are seeking a Corporate Quality Engineer to play a key role in driving quality performance across our organization. This is a high-impact, hybrid role supporting both supplier quality and internal manufacturing processes, designed to improve overall product quality, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Lead supplier quality initiatives including audits, evaluations, and performance improvement
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and external quality standards
• Partner with manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Drive problem-solving efforts across internal operations and supplier base
• Serve as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Reduce defects and cost of poor quality (COPQ)
• Train and mentor plant quality teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a quality engineering role
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Experience with PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans
