What you´ll do
  • Perform / support completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on all product related performance complaints
  • Provide technical resource and assessment to market while supporting “must win” projects and programs
  • Complete Customer Technical Request Testing and Reports within the Application Engineering database or equivalent, including 'customer ready' reports
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, support ongoing standardization, harmonization and administration of laboratory test methods
  • Conduct calibration and safety checks on lab and application equipment to meet regulatory requirements
  • Support internal and external technical requests and projects
  • Maintain documentation of lab activities in application engineering database
  • Write customer facing reports for the field Sales/TCS teams, KAMs, Marketing, PD and Innovations or project team
  • Directly communicate with the field Sales/TCS teams, KAMs or project team
  • Train Sales/Marketing and other Application Engineering personnel on products
  • Performs customer lab demonstrations and customer training
What makes you a good fit
  • BS Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Degree Preferred
  • 1+ year in laboratory preferred
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds and cut metal with foot and hand shear on a regular basis
  • Strong team player who will support both manufacturing and customer issues
  • Self‑starter who can work with minimal supervision is essential
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite

The salary range for this role is $60,000.00 and $65,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above.

Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training and work location.
