Dynamics Group, Inc is looking for a Mechanical Engineering Intern in our Engineering department. The intern will design tooling solutions for our line of design and build solutions, using Catia and Solid Works to create components and produce drawings.
Responsibilities- Create 3‑D models and associated dimensional drawings for fixtures, gauges, and other tooling solutions.
- Perform strength and stress calculations.
- Assemble and performance test prototypes.
- Write reports to document conclusions, results, and procedures.
- Mechanical engineering degree students.
- Available for full‑time work during summer.
- Technical writing skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Enrolled in a mechanical engineering degree program (2 years preferred).
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- CAD experience with Solid Works or Catia.
- Engineering extracurricular activities (preferred).
Job Type: Part‑time. Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
Schedule- Monday to Friday.
- On‑site at our facility (no remote work).
