You’ll be taking advanced concepts and turning them into exciting new products and solutions for their customers in the automotive, aerospace, energy, and other related industries.

Position Description
In this role, you’ll work with customers and internal teams to invent, design, and build new systems from the ground up. They need someone to work on both creating solutions for current clients and creating the technical roadmap for the future, covering areas such as standardization for simulation models and digital twins.
Other responsibilities include:
- Develop system‑level, physics‑based simulation models and Digital Twins of physical systems, test rigs, and products
- Deliver functional prototypes that can be demonstrated to customers and simulation models that have a bottom‑line effect on design and performance decisions.
- Perform hands on Torsional Vibration Analysis (TVA), FEA, CFD, and dynamic system modeling
- Rapidly develop working prototypes, iterate aggressively, and mature them toward commercialization
- Translate loosely defined customer or market problems into concrete, engineered solutions
- Advance standardization of company solutions, opening the door to more flexibility and business opportunities.
Qualifications
- BSME with 3+ years of experience in driveline product development, including tortional vibration analysis/testing.
- A strong background in simulation, modeling, and/or digital twin development for testing real systems. This should include areas such as metal composition, tortional analysis, etc.
- Excellent skills using simulation tools (Hyper Works, Simulink, ANSYS, etc.).
- Proven ability to work with a variety of engineers from other disciplines (electrical, controls, etc.).
- A strong drive to create new products on a fast timeline. They need someone who will truly push things forward.
Compensation:
This is a direct-hire position, with a full benefit package.
The company will support relocation for qualified candidates.
