Speech-Language Pathologist (Part-Time) - Hiring Now!
Anthro Med Education is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support high school students three days per week in one of Anthro Med’s strongest district partnerships. Approximately 7:15 – 2:30 - Flexible schedule:
Open to full or half days - Well-supported role:
Multiple district-based SLPs and social workers
- Students in ASD, CI, EI (limited to 1–2 students), and SLD programs
- Some speech-only students
- Minimal AAC use
- 2 district-based SLPs plus an additional SLP hired directly by the district
- Multiple social workers embedded within the district
- Strong collaboration and ongoing support
- A district known for treating clinicians well and prioritizing sustainability
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services aligned with IEPs
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
- Use evidence-based practices to guide intervention
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Michigan SLP license or eligibility
- School-based experience preferred
- Knowledge of IDEA and IEP development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Salary: $45–$60 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
- Employees who work fewer than 30 hours per week are considered part-time and are eligible for Anthro Med’s 401(k) retirement plan, with a 100 % employer match up to first 3 % employee contribution
