HR Generalist

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic HR Generalist to support our dynamic team in Michigan. • - Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• - Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• - Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
• - Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives that promote engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
• - Support employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
• - Support performance management processes, including evaluations, goal setting, and development plans.
• - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• - Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.
• - Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making.

• - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• - Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• - Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• - Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
• - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• - Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
