Technical Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a full-time Technical Solutions Analyst to join an IT team in Madison Heights, MI. This role is responsible for integrating and optimizing ERP systems, e‑commerce platforms, and cloud infrastructure to support business operations in a fast‑paced distribution environment.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience with ERP systems, SQL scripting, Azure cloud services, and Magento or similar e‑commerce platforms.

• 5+ years of experience in systems integration, technical analysis, or solutions engineering
• Strong ERP experience (Epicor P21 ideal; SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards acceptable)
• Proficient in SQL; additional scripting in JavaScript is a plus
• Experience integrating e‑commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, etc.)
• Hands‑on Microsoft Azure experience, including resource management and security
• Solid understanding of access controls, encryption, and general IT security best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively across teams

• ERP Integration & Support – Administer and enhance ERP systems focusing on order management, inventory, and finance.
• SQL Scripting & Automation – Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts for data automation and system integration.
• Ecommerce Integration – Support and improve connections between e‑commerce platforms (Magento preferred) and backend systems.
• Microsoft Azure Management – Deploy and manage Azure cloud resources with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
• Data Security & Compliance – Enforce best practices to safeguard business data and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with finance, operations, and sales to improve system efficiency and reporting capabilities.
• Troubleshooting & Documentation – Resolve system issues, document solutions, and train end users on new features and tools.
