Material Handler — schedule:
Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. when overtime is required.

• Perform duties in support of fabrication, welding, and assembly cells.
• Stock FIFO and kitted carts with parts in required quantities based on level-loaded production schedule.
• Restock fabricated and purchased parts in finished part supermarkets; maintain finished part supermarkets.
• Coordinate replenishment and communicate potential shortages with Buyer/Planner.
• Perform daily 5S maintenance and other duties as assigned.
• Operate a hi-lo (forklift) as needed to move, stock, or replenish materials.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations, procedures, and policies.

• Ensure parts and materials are available to support fabrication, welding, and assembly cells.
• Stock FIFO and kitted carts with required parts and quantities based on the production schedule.
• Restock fabricated and purchased parts in the finished parts supermarket.
• Maintain organization and accuracy of finished parts supermarkets.
• Coordinate replenishment activities to support production needs.
• Operate a hi-lo (forklift) as needed to move, stock, or replenish materials.
• Perform tasks to JIs as trained and maintain safe working conditions and 5S.
• Comply with regulations, procedures, and policies; communicate effectively; participate in training; work well in a team; report issues to BU lead or supervisor.
• Use a variety of unpowered and powered material handling equipment; perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks with little supervision
• Ability to obtain and maintain a current Forklift and Arial lift platform license
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand, walk, reach above shoulders and outward; bend, squat, and crawl
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
