CNC Lathe Operator – 2nd Shift; xSchedule

We’re hiring a CNC Lathe Operator for 2nd shift

This role is about running parts, holding tolerance, and keeping machines productive. You’ll be working on twin-spindle CNC lathes, Swiss machines, and BNA lathes in a production environment.

This is a full-time, four 10-hour day schedule with long weekends. Show up, pay attention, make good parts.

• Run production parts on twin-spindle CNC lathes, Swiss machines, and BNA lathes
• Follow setup sheets, prints, and job instructions—no guessing
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and basic gauges
• Monitor tool wear and make minor offset adjustments when required
• Keep machines running and work areas clean
• Accurately track part counts and inspection results
• Communicate machine, tooling, or quality issues when they come up

• 1–3 years of CNC lathe experience (twin-spindle, Swiss, or BNA)
• Able to read basic blueprints and tolerances
• Comfortable with inspection tools and basic offsets
• Reliable, consistent, detail-oriented
• Fanuc or Citizen control experience is a plus, not required

  Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM
• Schedule:
  
  Four 10-hour shifts

  Based on experience and what you can actually do
