Crate​/Pallet Builder​/Shipping Specialist

Our company is seeking skilled and dedicated Crate Builder/Shipping Specialists to join our team. We pride ourselves on our high-quality products and efficient shipping processes. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products are securely packaged and shipped to our customers in a timely manner. • Accurately read tape measures and calculate measurements
• Maneuver crating lumber with minimal assistance
• Operate various power saws to cut wood
• Assemble wooden crates, boxes, and pallets using screws, nail guns, and hand tools
• Securely package products and hardware into crates and boxes for shipping
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Follow all safety rules and regulations

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience with hand/power tools (Required)
• At least 1 year of carpentry experience (Required)
• At least 1 year of crating experience (Preferred)
• Proficient in using saws, panel saws, and nail guns
• Physical endurance to lift over 50lbs
• Ability to perform basic computations using fractions
• Experience in reading and executing cut sheet instructions and blueprints
• Strong organization and communication skills

• Work Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday, 6am-3:30pm, with possible Saturdays
