Perform high-quality TIG welding on thin-gauge stainless steel, primarily 14 gauge, with materials ranging from 20 gauge up to 11 gauge and occasionally 7 gauge;
Read and interpret detailed blueprints, including symbols and tolerances;
Assemble machined and cut parts in the final assembly department, fabricating components into complete products according to client-specific blueprints;
Weld in multiple positions, with a focus on horizontal welds, while maintaining consistent quality and adherence to specifications;
Operate hand tools and shop equipment (angle grinders, sanders, tube benders, drill presses, saws) to prepare parts for welding and assembly
