About the Opportunity
A growing Michigan-based contractor is seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager to support continued expansion within its security and technology systems division.
This position will oversee projects from estimating and pre-construction through installation, commissioning, and closeout. The ideal candidate will have experience with security integration, access control, CCTV, structured cabling, and related technology systems.

Key Responsibilities Project Management- Manage projects from kickoff through final turnover
- Conduct site walks and jobsite assessments
- Lead project kickoff meetings with customers and field teams
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress
- Manage customer communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and process change orders
- Support testing, commissioning, training, and project closeout
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Develop project budgets and cost estimates
- Perform site surveys and scope validation
- Coordinate vendor and material pricing
- Assist with proposal preparation and bid submissions
- Support business development efforts by helping evaluate new project opportunities

Experience with manufacturers and platforms such as Avigilon, Axis, Openpath, Genetec, Lenel, CCURE, Milestone, or similar systems is highly desirable.
Qualifications- Project Management experience within low voltage, security integration, technology systems, or related industries
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Experience coordinating field installation teams
- Estimating experience preferred
- Technical understanding of security and network infrastructure systems
