** What you'll be doing as a 4-Slide Machine Setup Technician / Operator:*
* + Set up, operate, and monitor 4-slide and multi-slide forming machines

+ Perform machine adjustments to ensure product quality and production efficiency

+ Troubleshoot equipment and production issues as they arise

+ Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools and gauges

+ Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and specifications

+ Change tooling and perform basic machine maintenance as needed

+ Maintain production records and quality documentation

+ Work closely with supervisors and production teams to meet production goals

+ Follow all safety and quality standards

+ Previous manufacturing experience preferred

+

Experience with 4-slide, multi-slide, stamping, wire-forming, or metal-forming equipment is a plus

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

+ Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

+ Ability to read blueprints or production drawings preferred

+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

+ Willingness to learn and be trained on specialized equipment
