Production Associate - Mat Roller - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, places them into a rolling machine for processing, maintains the cleanliness of the work area, and sorts and stages rolled mats for customer delivery. The position is on a performance–based incentive pay structure; the Mat Roller must meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats, with additional compensation tied to exceeding the standard.

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats.
• Safely place mats into the rolling machine for processing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Sort and place rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery.
