At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a 2nd Shift CNC Operator to work with a leading company in the design and fabrication sector in Madison Heights. This role involves operating a Multicam router on non-metal materials, making it an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational machine-operation experience looking to grow their skills in file setup and programming.

• Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-1:00am and Friday 2:30pm-8:30pm.
• Overtime is required during busy months.
• Training will be provided Monday-Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm.

• 19.00 - 20.00 USD hourly

• More than 2 years of experience operating CNC machines or routers.
• Direct experience with 2-axis equipment.
• Ability to work with raw, non-metal materials.
• Proficiency in reading measurements and following production instructions.
• Experience inspecting finished parts for quality.

• Basic computer skills for data entry and software navigation.
• Familiarity with router table tasks and shaping.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced shop environment.

• Operate a Multicam CNC router on 2-axis functions.
• Load, position, and process raw materials.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards.
• Follow job travelers and safety procedures.
• Assist with basic file setup and programming after training.
