We are seeking a Parts Return Specialist responsible for coordinating, processing, and tracking returned automotive parts from dealerships, service centers, and customers. The role ensures accurate documentation, compliance with warranty policies, and efficient inventory management while maintaining strong communication with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

• Receive, inspect, and process returned parts according to company guidelines and warranty policies.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and conditions against return authorization requests and packing slips.
• Prepare and maintain all required documentation, including return authorizations, credit memos, and claim forms.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of all warranty-related records for auditing purposes.
• Follow company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and regulatory standards regarding the handling of hazardous or restricted components.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations for packaging, shipping, and disposal of returned materials.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the returns workflow.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in parts returns, warranty processing, logistics, or automotive repair/service.

• Associate Degree or Technical Certification.
• Automotive technical experience strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and warranty policies.
• Proficiency with typing and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross‑functional teams and suppliers.
