Role Description

The Escrow Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Madison Heights, MI. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of escrow services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Responsibilities include managing a team of escrow officers, coordinating real estate closings, reviewing financial transactions, and maintaining timely, accurate documentation. The Escrow Manager will work closely with clients and stakeholders to provide seamless and secure escrow and settlement experiences while resolving any arising issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in Escrow & Settlement Services, Real Estate Transactions, and Compliance Management
• Proficiency in Financial Documentation Review, Fund Disbursement, and Closing Coordination
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Conflict Resolution abilities
• Detail orientation and organizational skills to manage multiple transactions and tasks
• Excellent client communication skills and ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of Title Insurance and Real Estate Law is a plus
• Proficiency in escrow software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered
