Provide member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products and services;
Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise;
Maintain facility safety by following safety standards and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions;
Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; manage tasks and communicate progress;
Promote the Companys products and services and support membership goals while upholding company policies and integrity standards.
