- Be an Expert: Understand processes and specifications related to quality of produce (taste, preparation method, seasonality), prepare (trim, crisp, package, scale) products according to established standards, maintain product safety, follow sanitation guidelines, and adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality, and encourage others to adopt new tools.
- Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area, utilize digital tools, apply perpetual inventory management techniques, ensure quality and date control standards, eliminate waste, guide peers, and meet customer needs.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club, model high quality service and products, execute basics at highest level, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics by implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in business processes.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, and other partners; identify priorities; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; and adapt to change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*
* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
