• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality, and encourage others to adopt new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area, utilize digital tools, apply perpetual inventory management techniques, ensure quality and date control standards, eliminate waste, guide peers, and meet customer needs.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
